About vlists

vlists is a reusable checklist app built on one idea: start from a ready-to-use list instead of a blank page.

The problem we set out to fix

Most checklists are disposable. You write out everything you need for a trip, a gym session, or a house move, use it once, and then rebuild the same list from memory the next time, forgetting an item or two every round. A note app gives you a blank page and leaves the remembering to you.

How vlists works

• Start from something. Browse a curated catalog of ready-to-use lists and copy one, or generate a fresh list with AI from a sentence, or straight from a photo.
• Make it yours. Add, rename, reorder, and check off items as you go.
• Reuse it. When you are done, reset the list and run it again next time, instead of starting over. With vlists Pro, you can schedule an automatic reset on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedule.
• Do not forget. Favourite the lists you reach for, and set reminders, including smart repeating reminders.
• Share it. Share a list, collaborate with comments, and keep everything in sync across web and Android.
